How could this have happened? She has always been ever so careful and yet, it happened. Fun has turned into a disastrous nightmare but unfortunately she can never wake from it, only live in it for the rest of her life. Literally till the day she dies.

These words floated around in her mind, playing and echoing in her ears. Nothing could help her shake the thought off.

If only she listened to her peers and family members. If only, if only, if only... If only these 2 words are possible. She sat forward, hands on her abdomen. There's no turning back, no hiding, no running. Only to face the hard cold truth. What would her parents say? What would her younger sisters think of her now? A failure? Yes, perhaps she was. She failed in many ways, all ways.

Suddenly she heard her mum screamed. Shit, she thought. She left the pregnancy test kit on her dresser.
